support@offshorepro.cloudOffshorePRO charges one fixed annual fee per jurisdiction. It covers the formation and the services that keep the company registered. This guide covers what the fee includes, how renewals work, what happens when a payment fails, and the refund policy.
Registration and government filing fees (the incorporation fee, the Business Registration Certificate, the free-zone licence fee and the annual renewal fee) are included in the annual fee for Hong Kong, the UAE, Panama and Seychelles. The United States is the exception: state government fees are not included and are quoted separately and upfront before you pay.
Any tax the company owes on its own results (corporate tax, profits tax or VAT) is the company's own liability and is not part of this fee. We prepare and file the returns tracked for your jurisdiction; the tax due is paid by the company.
Apart from the add-ons you choose at checkout, there are no mid-year charges.

Your subscription starts on the date of your first payment and renews on the same date each year. The card on file is charged automatically and Stripe emails the receipt.
The block affects platform access only, not the company itself. Nothing is deleted, and paying restores access immediately.
Ending the subscription does not dissolve the company. You remain legally responsible for it until it is properly dissolved.
Checkout takes card payments only: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed by Stripe. Bank transfer is not available at checkout.
Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. Card details are entered on Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
All prices are in EUR. Your bank may apply a conversion fee if you pay from a non-EUR account.
Invoices and the payment method are managed in the Stripe customer portal, which opens from the dashboard:
In the portal you can update or replace the card on file, see the next renewal date and amount, and view and download the full invoice and receipt history. Each invoice is also emailed to your registered address when the payment clears. The same portal opens from a company's payment card and from the renewal prompt shown when a subscription is past due.
To change the details printed on an invoice, such as a company name or VAT number, contact support and we will update your billing profile.
Contact support to cancel. What that means:
Download your corporate documents before the grace period ends, and appoint a new registered agent if you are keeping the company.
Formation work begins as soon as your payment clears, so all payments are final. The Refund Policy and Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions govern this in full.
All payments are non-refundable, including without limitation:
No refund is issued regardless of the stage of the process, including when:
This is separate from billing errors. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact support and the error will be corrected.
Contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. A billing error is corrected directly and faster.
Each company you form has its own subscription and its own renewal date. All of them are managed from the same dashboard.
Every account has a referral code and a Referral page in the dashboard. When someone you refer pays for a company, a commission is credited to your account.
The programme can be disabled on an individual account. Commission is earned on payments actually received, and no payout date is guaranteed.
In full at checkout. The payment starts the formation. Renewals are charged on the anniversary of that first payment.
