Annual Subscription Pricing

Pricing varies by jurisdiction based on local government fees, complexity, and included services:

Billing Cycle & Renewals

Annual Billing Cycle

Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews annually on the same date:

• Year 1: Full subscription fee (includes company formation + 12 months of service)
• Year 2+: Renewal fee (ongoing maintenance, compliance, and support)

Renewal Reminders

We'll send you renewal reminders at the following intervals:

• 60 days before: First renewal notice
• 30 days before: Second reminder
• 14 days before: Urgent reminder
• 7 days before: Final notice

What Happens if I Don't Renew?

If your subscription is not renewed:

• Your registered agent services will be terminated
• Annual compliance filings may not be submitted
• Your company may lose good standing status
• Government may strike off your company (varies by jurisdiction)
• You may incur reinstatement fees and penalties

Note: Not renewing your OffshorePRO subscription does NOT automatically dissolve your company. You remain legally responsible for the company until it is properly dissolved.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for subscriptions:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express — Processed instantly via Stripe
• Bank Transfer: Available for annual payments — Processing time 2-5 business days

Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Currency

All prices are displayed in EUR. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if paying from a non-EUR account.

Managing Your Subscription

Billing Portal

Access your billing portal through your dashboard to:

• View payment history and download invoices
• Update payment method
• View upcoming renewal date and amount
• Download receipts for accounting

Updating Payment Method

1. Sign in to your OffshorePRO dashboard
2. Navigate to Billing section
3. Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe portal
4. Update your card or payment details

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will:

• Notify you immediately via email
• Retry the payment automatically after 3 days
• Retry again after 5 days if still unsuccessful
• Contact you to resolve the issue before service interruption

Invoices & Receipts

Accessing Invoices

All invoices are available in your billing portal and sent to your registered email address. Invoices include:

• Invoice number and date
• Service description and period
• Amount paid and payment method
• Company billing details

Custom Invoicing

Need a custom invoice with specific details (VAT number, company name, etc.)? Contact support and we'll update your billing profile.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Important things to understand:

• No Prorated Refunds: Subscriptions are billed annually; there are no partial refunds for unused time
• Service Until End of Period: You'll retain access until your current billing period ends
• Company Remains Active: Canceling our service does NOT dissolve your company
• Transfer Options: We can transfer registered agent services to another provider

What Happens After Cancellation

• Download all documents before your subscription ends
• Arrange for a new registered agent if keeping the company
• Consider proper dissolution if closing the company
• Account access ends at the end of the billing period

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate commencement of services upon payment, our standard policy is no refunds. However, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise.

General Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Initial formation fees
• Annual renewal fees
• Add-on services

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered if:

• Request is submitted before any formation work has begun
• No documents have been submitted to government authorities
• Maximum refund: eighty percent% (80%) of amount paid

Non-Refundable Situations

• Formation process has already started
• Failed KYC/AML verification
• Business activities fall under restricted categories
• Client from restricted/sanctioned country

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage open communication if you have concerns about charges. Please contact support before disputing any charge with your bank.

• Account Suspension: Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension
• Service Termination: Confirmed chargebacks result in permanent account closure
• Legal Action: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and reporting to authorities

Managing Multiple Companies

If you have multiple companies with OffshorePRO:

• Each company has its own separate subscription
• Each may have different renewal dates
• All are accessible from your single dashboard
• Volume discounts may be available — contact sales
