You can link or unlink identity providers in Account Settings > Connected Accounts.
Account Deactivation & Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. Before deactivating or deleting your account, please review the following information.
Before You Leave
- Active Companies — Ensure all active companies are either transferred or properly dissolved
- Outstanding Payments — Clear any pending invoices or subscription fees
- Download Documents — Save all important company documents to your local storage
- Compliance Obligations — Understand that closing your account doesn't close your companies
Deactivation vs. Deletion
- Deactivation — Temporarily suspends your account. Your data is preserved, and you can reactivate anytime by logging in.
- Deletion — Permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
How to Deactivate/Delete
- Go to Account Settings > Danger Zone
- Select "Deactivate Account" or "Delete Account"
- Confirm your identity by entering your password
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Data Retention: For legal and compliance purposes, some transaction records may be retained even after account deletion, as required by law.
