Is setting up an offshore company legal?

Yes. We are a licensed Corporate Service Provider. Every application goes through KYC and AML checks, and each company is registered under the law of its jurisdiction.

Which jurisdictions do you form companies in?

The United States (LLC in Delaware or Wyoming), Hong Kong (private limited company), Panama (S.A.), the United Arab Emirates (IFZA free zone company) and Seychelles (IBC).

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A fixed annual fee per jurisdiction: United States €1,999, Hong Kong €2,999, Panama €4,500, United Arab Emirates €6,999, Seychelles €4,999. Registration and government filing fees are included in the annual fee. The United States is the exception: state government fees are not included and are quoted separately and upfront.

How long does formation take?

Hong Kong is ready to operate in 5 business days and Panama in 7 working days. Elsewhere the timeline depends on the registry and on how quickly your documents clear verification.

Do I need to travel?

No. Formation is remote in every jurisdiction we cover, including document signing.

When do I pay, and when is my identity verified?

Payment is taken upfront and starts the formation. Identity verification runs after payment, on the platform in every jurisdiction except Hong Kong, where identity checks are handled off-platform by the local agent.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No. All payments are final and non-refundable, including if you change your mind before work starts, if verification fails, or if the account is closed for breach. Billing errors, such as a duplicate charge, are corrected.

What documents do I need?

A valid passport, proof of address, and details of your business activity and ownership structure. Some jurisdictions ask for more, and we tell you exactly what before you upload anything.

Can I open a business bank account?

Accepted Answer

We suggest banks and payment institutions and make an introduction for companies formed in the United States, the UAE and Hong Kong. United States: Slash, Sokin, Rho, Bluevine, Chase, Wise, Relay, Mercury. UAE: Slash, Sokin, Currenxie, RakBank, Payoneer. Hong Kong: Sokin, Statrys, Airwallex, Instarem, Aspire. There is no banking partner programme for Panama or Seychelles yet. The decision is always the bank's, so approval is never guaranteed.

What filings do you handle after formation?

United States: Form 5472 with a Pro Forma 1120, and the FBAR (FinCEN Form 114). Hong Kong: Annual Return (NAR1), Profits Tax Return, Employer's Return (BIR56A) and Business Registration renewal. UAE: Corporate Tax registration. Panama: the annual Tasa Única government fee, which we pay on your behalf. Seychelles has no filings to submit and no deadlines to track; the annual renewal is included in the fee.

Will I still owe tax where I live?

Probably. Where a company is taxed depends on where it is managed and controlled, and your own tax residence is a separate question. We are not tax advisers. The Days by country tracker, US Residency Calculator and Tax Residency Checker in your dashboard are informational only.

Question 12

How private is an offshore company?

Accepted Answer

As private as the register allows, and no more. Delaware and Wyoming do not publish member names. Your identity is always known to us, to the registered agent and to your bank, and is disclosed to authorities on lawful request.
