Refund Policy

At OffshorePRO ("the Company"), operated by Elite Consulting FZC-LLC, all payments made for any services, subscriptions, or fees are strictly and unconditionally non-refundable. By making any payment to OffshorePRO, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to a refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
1. Absolute No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies without limitation to:
- Company formation fees, subscription fees, renewal fees, and any one-time or recurring charges.
- Tax preparation, tax filing, and any tax-related service fees.
- Consultation fees, document preparation fees, compliance review fees, and administrative fees.
- Fees for additional services such as registered agent services, virtual office services, mail forwarding, and nominee services.
- Government filing fees, third-party fees, and any costs passed through to you on behalf of regulatory authorities or service partners.
- Payments for services that have been initiated, are in progress, or have been completed.
- Payments made for services where you subsequently decide not to proceed, change your mind, or no longer require the service.
- Partial subscription periods — there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Without limiting the generality of Section 1, refunds will absolutely not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
AML/KYC Compliance Failure
If you or any associated party fail to pass Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), or any other compliance verification required by OffshorePRO or the relevant jurisdiction. This includes being identified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or being involved in activities that contravene our compliance standards.
Unsupported Activities or Jurisdictions
If your business activities fall within the unsupported industries or countries listed in our Terms and Conditions, AML Policy, or as displayed during onboarding — including but not limited to weapons dealing, pornography, marijuana-related businesses, money service businesses, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, lending, insurance, prop trading firms, online pharmacies, telemedicine, multi-level marketing, and all other categories listed on our unsupported industries list. Similarly, if you are a national of any country on our unsupported countries list (Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Cameroon, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe), no refund will be issued and your account will be subject to immediate termination.
Services Rendered or Commenced
If any documents, applications, or forms have been submitted to company formation providers, free zones, government authorities, tax authorities, or any of our partners on your behalf. If any preparatory work has commenced, including consultations, document drafting, compliance checks, or name reservation requests. If your company has been incorporated, registered, or activated in any jurisdiction.
Voluntary Cancellation or Dissatisfaction
If you voluntarily cancel your subscription, discontinue use of the Services, are dissatisfied with the Services, or experience changes in your personal or business circumstances including relocation, change of business plans, or financial difficulties.
Account Termination for Policy Violations
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or OffshorePRO policies.
3. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Immediate Account Termination
IF YOU OR YOUR BANK, CREDIT CARD COMPANY, PAYMENT PROVIDER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF INITIATES A CHARGEBACK, PAYMENT DISPUTE, PAYMENT REVERSAL, OR ANY FORM OF PAYMENT RECOVERY FOR ANY LEGITIMATE TRANSACTION MADE TO OffshorePRO, THE FOLLOWING CONSEQUENCES WILL APPLY IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE:
- Immediate account termination: Your account and all associated services will be permanently terminated, with no possibility of reinstatement.
- Permanent loss of access: You will immediately and permanently lose access to all documents, data, company records, tax filings, and any other information stored in or generated through your account.
- No data recovery: OffshorePRO will not be obligated to provide, recover, export, or transfer any data or documents from your terminated account under any circumstances.
- Service cessation: All pending and future services — including company renewals, annual filings, tax preparations, registered agent services, and any other ongoing obligations — will be immediately and permanently discontinued.
- Legal action: OffshorePRO reserves the right to pursue full legal action to recover any owed amounts, including the original transaction amount, chargeback fees, legal fees, collection costs, and any additional damages.
- Fraud reporting: OffshorePRO reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities, fraud prevention databases, and credit agencies.
You agree to contact OffshorePRO directly to attempt to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting OffshorePRO will be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the consequences described above.
4. Grounds for Immediate Account Termination Without Refund
OffshorePRO reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account, without refund, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, the company formation process, or at any point during your use of the Services.
- Engaging in, or being suspected of engaging in, money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to comply with AML/KYC verification requests within the timeframe specified by OffshorePRO.
- Using the Services for purposes that fall outside the scope of supported industries and jurisdictions.
- Reporting OffshorePRO to any regulatory authority or initiating legal action against OffshorePRO, Elite Consulting FZC-LLC, or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents.
- Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the Services, the Webapp, or any promotional offers or referral programs.
- Non-payment of any outstanding fees, including subscription renewals, after the applicable grace period has expired.
- Any conduct that OffshorePRO, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems harmful, threatening, or detrimental to the Company, its reputation, its employees, its partners, or its other users.
5. Consequences of Account Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, the following shall apply immediately and without exception:
- All rights granted to you under the Terms and Conditions shall cease immediately.
- No refund, credit, or compensation of any kind shall be issued for any payments previously made.
- You shall permanently lose access to all data, documents, records, and information associated with your account.
- OffshorePRO shall have no obligation to maintain, store, export, or provide copies of any data associated with your terminated account.
- Any pending services, including annual renewals, filings, tax preparations, and registered agent services, shall be immediately cancelled with no obligation to complete them.
- OffshorePRO shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the termination of your account, including but not limited to company dissolution, regulatory penalties, missed filing deadlines, or loss of good standing in any jurisdiction.
- You remain fully liable for any outstanding fees, obligations, or damages owed to OffshorePRO at the time of termination.
6. No Exceptions — Final and Binding
All decisions regarding refunds and account termination are made at the sole and absolute discretion of OffshorePRO and are final, binding, and non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made regardless of the circumstances, duration of service, amount paid, or nature of the request. By using the Services, you expressly waive any right to challenge, contest, or dispute the application of this no refund policy in any forum, including but not limited to courts, arbitration panels, regulatory agencies, or consumer protection bodies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
