At OffshorePRO ("the Company"), operated by Elite Consulting FZC-LLC, all payments made for any services, subscriptions, or fees are strictly and unconditionally non-refundable. By making any payment to OffshorePRO, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to a refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Without limiting the generality of Section 1, refunds will absolutely not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
If you or any associated party fail to pass Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), or any other compliance verification required by OffshorePRO or the relevant jurisdiction. This includes being identified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or being involved in activities that contravene our compliance standards.
If your business activities fall within the unsupported industries or countries listed in our Terms and Conditions, AML Policy, or as displayed during onboarding — including but not limited to weapons dealing, pornography, marijuana-related businesses, money service businesses, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, lending, insurance, prop trading firms, online pharmacies, telemedicine, multi-level marketing, and all other categories listed on our unsupported industries list. Similarly, if you are a national of any country on our unsupported countries list (Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Cameroon, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe), no refund will be issued and your account will be subject to immediate termination.
If any documents, applications, or forms have been submitted to company formation providers, free zones, government authorities, tax authorities, or any of our partners on your behalf. If any preparatory work has commenced, including consultations, document drafting, compliance checks, or name reservation requests. If your company has been incorporated, registered, or activated in any jurisdiction.
If you voluntarily cancel your subscription, discontinue use of the Services, are dissatisfied with the Services, or experience changes in your personal or business circumstances including relocation, change of business plans, or financial difficulties.
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or OffshorePRO policies.
IF YOU OR YOUR BANK, CREDIT CARD COMPANY, PAYMENT PROVIDER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF INITIATES A CHARGEBACK, PAYMENT DISPUTE, PAYMENT REVERSAL, OR ANY FORM OF PAYMENT RECOVERY FOR ANY LEGITIMATE TRANSACTION MADE TO OffshorePRO, THE FOLLOWING CONSEQUENCES WILL APPLY IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE:
You agree to contact OffshorePRO directly to attempt to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting OffshorePRO will be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the consequences described above.
OffshorePRO reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account, without refund, under the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for any reason, the following shall apply immediately and without exception:
All decisions regarding refunds and account termination are made at the sole and absolute discretion of OffshorePRO and are final, binding, and non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made regardless of the circumstances, duration of service, amount paid, or nature of the request. By using the Services, you expressly waive any right to challenge, contest, or dispute the application of this no refund policy in any forum, including but not limited to courts, arbitration panels, regulatory agencies, or consumer protection bodies.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
